Jake Schlottag

Jake Schlottag is an experienced DevOps engineer and solutions architect with a decade of experience in IT and cloud infrastructure, bringing a strong background in Computer Science and a deep passion for building efficient, scalable systems. Over the past 10 years, Jake has developed, deployed, and supported solutions across a wide range of industries—including work with Fortune 500 companies—where reliability, performance, and automation are mission-critical. With advanced expertise in both Azure and AWS, Jake specializes in cloud architecture, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that development teams can move fast without sacrificing security or stability. For the last five years, he has focused exclusively on DevOps engineering, bridging the gap between software development and operations by designing seamless, automated environments that support rapid delivery and long-term maintainability. Jake brings a calm, strategic mindset to complex infrastructure challenges and takes pride in delivering solutions that are not only technically sound but built for the future.

Evan Neidler

Evan Neidler is a seasoned software engineer and technology architect with 18 years of experience blending deep expertise in engineering, manufacturing, and software development. A Navy veteran and graduate of the elite Navy Nuclear Propulsion Program, Evan’s career began in nuclear engineering, but quickly evolved as he followed his passion for building intelligent, scalable software systems. With a programming journey that started in high school using Visual Basic, Evan has since worked across a wide spectrum of technologies and industries—designing and delivering solutions that range from factory automation to cloud-native enterprise platforms. He has led and contributed to AI vision and machine learning projects for globally operating companies, helping them unlock automation, insight, and efficiency through advanced software. Evan brings a rare blend of engineering discipline, real-world manufacturing insight, and software architecture mastery. Whether crafting clean code or leading cross-functional technical initiatives, he’s driven by a belief that great software isn’t just functional—it’s transformative.
